What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate Property & Casualty insurance options. - You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to policy issuance, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. - You will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and support policy servicing. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license with at least 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. - You are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. - You have proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote sales environment. - Knowledge of additional insurance lines such as life or health insurance. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
