What You'll Do: - You will engage with clients via phone and digital channels to provide insurance information and support. - You will assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. - You will process insurance applications and claims efficiently and accurately. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends. - You will resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. - You will document all client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your insurance expertise and customer service skills. What You Bring: - You have a valid insurance license and at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - You are proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service or insurance role. - Knowledge of multiple insurance products including life, health, and property insurance. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards in insurance.
