What You Bring: - You have a valid insurance license with at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - You are proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. - Knowledge of multiple insurance lines such as health, life, and property. - Bilingual abilities or fluency in a second language. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance industry.
