What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance sectors. - Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or French. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Certification in healthcare customer service or related fields.
