Role Overview: As a Genesys Cloud Developer at Teleperformance, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions. Your expertise will help optimize customer engagement platforms, ensuring seamless integration and superior performance across various digital channels. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Genesys Cloud platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable cloud solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys Cloud implementations. - You will develop APIs and automate workflows to enhance system efficiency. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will stay updated with the latest Genesys Cloud features and industry best practices. - You will document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud platforms. - Proficiency in Genesys Cloud platform and its APIs. - Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. - Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration tools. - Solid understanding of cloud architecture and microservices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with contact center technologies and telephony systems. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers. - Certifications related to Genesys Cloud or cloud development.
