What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation. - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
