What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive healthcare issues. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Certification in healthcare customer service or related fields. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
