This remote position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling you to assist a diverse client base with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, ensuring accurate and timely responses. - You will assist customers with insurance claims, billing questions, and appointment scheduling. - You will provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and healthcare providers. - You will document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare partners to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call quality. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools. - You possess empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive healthcare issues. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service environment. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. - Previous experience with telehealth platforms or medical billing. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
