Role Overview: As a Bi-lingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare clients by providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This remote position requires strong communication skills in both English and a second language, enabling you to assist a diverse client base with empathy and professionalism. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services with accuracy and care. - You will provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their healthcare plans and benefits. - You will resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - You will document all customer interactions thoroughly in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare products and services. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - You are fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, or other). - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and customer service software. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language proficiency beyond the required bi-lingual skills. - Previous experience with Teleperformance or similar global service providers.
