Teledyne is seeking an experienced Assembler to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial products. In this role, you’ll work from detailed drawings and instructions to ensure quality and accuracy at every step. What you’ll do Perform assembly operations on components, subassemblies, and finished units. Follow production drawings and apply established workmanship standards for high-reliability applications. Execute tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and welding. Ensure quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. Work with small parts using microscopes, soldering irons, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques. Assist with training and collaborate in a team environment. Maintain accuracy and precision in all assembly tasks. What you need High school diploma (required). Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or production environment. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and bills of material. Experience with delicate hand assembly under a microscope. Familiarity with cleanroom practices and FOD control. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required).
