Job Summary Telecheck Health is a growing telehealth and home-based wound care program operating across multiple U.S. states. We’re seeking a results-driven Patient Acquisition & Business Development Manager to expand our provider network, community partnerships, and patient base — all within strict CMS and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage referral relationships with physicians, podiatrists, endocrinologists, vascular specialists, SNFs, and home health agencies. • Conduct outreach to hospitals, community clinics, and payers for program inclusion and referral partnerships. • Represent Telecheck Health at diabetes and wound care events to build patient awareness. • Manage referral-to-enrollment pipeline through CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliant patient intake. • Track growth metrics and report progress to leadership team. Skills • 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, home health, or telehealth sales. • Deep understanding of CMS reimbursement frameworks (RPM, CCM, FFS). • Familiarity with anti-kickback and Stark law compliance boundaries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong network-building abilities with physician offices and health systems. • Preferred: Experience in wound care, chronic disease, or post-acute program growth.
