Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced Individual Contributor (IC) to partner with compensation managers to support business units. • Strong preference for Sales comp background. • This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and cross-functional partnership. Key responsibilities to support the team with: • Provide compensation analysis, benchmarking, data modeling, reporting, and problem-solving to support the client groups. • Partner with internal compensation team to provide expertise on compensation matters. • Apply advanced compensation knowledge to address complex challenges and develop solutions. • Support compensation planning cycles (merit, promotions, equity, bonuses) for IC population: modeling, salary recommendations, and calibration. • Build and maintain compensation tools and data models (salary planning spreadsheets, internal databases, comp calculators). Must-have qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience. • Strong skills in market benchmarking, job evaluation/leveling, salary structure design, and compensation analytics. • Advanced Excel skills experience with compensation platforms is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence leaders at all levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations. • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Preferred qualifications • Experience in Sales Compensation. • Familiarity with the pay regulations and experience supporting multi-state compensation programs; global comp experience is a plus. • Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
