As a Sr UX Researcher, you’ll play a crucial role in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform impactful product and design decisions. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, you'll bring clarity to complex problems and help create experiences that truly resonate.The Experience Design Research Team is seeking a Sr XD Researcher to join our team. This individual will work with product managers, XD designers, and other researchers on the team to bring innovative solutions to the hands of our advisors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop research plans, workflows, user task analysis, personas, journey/experience maps, process flows, and service blueprints.Lead in user research through every stage of the product lifecycle; planning and running usability studies, analyzing data, conducting heuristic evaluations, facilitating and moderating workshops, and performing low to high-fidelity usability tests.Present findings to cross-functional teams and negotiate trade-offs between business goals, technical challenges, and customer experience.Support advisor feedback programs through trend analysis, office visits, and operational tasks as neededWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver excellent client experience.
