This includes researching and building call sheets of targeted customers, documenting and tracking leads, and performing outreach to targeted customer lists. The SDR will also partner with the Director of Business Operations to identify lost customers and build call sheets to generate new meetings. Success in the SDR-2 Role leads to promotion to Account Manager, where additional responsibilities include developing and managing customer relationships, increasing sales and market share, and preparing and presenting sales information.
