*MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 50 MILES FROM PHOENIX, AZ* Location: Fully Remote - Must be located within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Will be placed on a shift working 20 hours a week - Mondays will always be a full 8 hour shift. Training: 4 weeks, Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm (40 hours) Qualifications Must have 1+ year of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting and handling high volume calls preferably in a call center. Description Schedule and register patient appointments and/or provide information for other requests (e.g., addresses/directions, phone numbers, hours of operations, other departments, such as billing, etc.). Process all phone, fax, email, and other communication channel requests with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. As appropriate, assist new members with introduction to and explanation of available services, processes and availability of providers. Update patients of the status of their referral or authorizations. #prioritywest25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
