The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with their accounts, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Responsibilities • Serving as the primary contact for inbound calls from account holders and potential enrollees. • Making outbound calls to welcome new account holders, follow up on past-due accounts, and support special campaigns. • Receiving ongoing coaching and mentoring to help you grow and succeed. • Documenting call activity and patient interactions using our proprietary CRM. • Acting as a patient advocate and brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care and compassion. Skills • Must be available to pickup equipment onsite. • A strong customer service mindset—whether from retail, hospitality, or call center experience. • High school diploma or equivalent work experience. • A coachable attitude and a desire to grow professionally. • A quiet, private workspace (no shared rooms). • High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 35 Mbps upload). • Connection via Ethernet. • 1–2 years of phone-based support experience preferred. • Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus.
