Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Shift will be Monday–Friday between 7:45 AM 5:00 PM EST (1:45M -11 AM HST) Attendance Requirements: No time off permitted during the first 3 weeks of training Up to 4 hours of grace period allowed for technical issues when working from home Job Responsibilities Customer Service Support Provide exceptional customer service via phone and online chat Assist customers with account creation and password resets Upload documents and respond to general inquiries Help customers manage their accounts Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options Problem Solving Identify and implement creative solutions to customer issues Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems in a timely manner Product & Policy Expertise Stay informed about company products and policies Adapt to frequent updates in projects and programs Demonstrate core values consistently Participate in self-study, training, and testing; progression depends on passing required exams Follow regulated communication guidelines across all channels Understand and apply defined procedures and policies Administrative Tasks Accurately input customer information into databases Perform various administrative duties as assigned Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
