Product Manager (100% Onsite Required – Seattle, WA) Contract Role – 5 Months - (Potential Extension & Conversion) Work Requirement: 100% Onsite, Monday–Friday (Must be local to greater Seattle, WA area) Role Overview This Product Manager position is a fully onsite role in Seattle focused on leading front‑end, consumer‑facing product experiences within a healthcare‑related product ecosystem. You will drive initiatives that improve discovery, conversion, and customer engagement by partnering closely with designers, engineers, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, deep familiarity with consumer insights, and a passion for building solutions that help people access and engage with healthcare services—particularly those supporting chronic and long‑term health needs. About the Team The team focuses on helping customers discover and engage with digital health programs that support chronic and complex health conditions. By integrating with third‑party health partners and enabling seamless customer access, the team aims to improve health outcomes at scale and support a broad portfolio of healthcare services. The work you do will help expand customer access to programs supporting conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, mental health, and more. What We’re Looking For Product Management in Marketing + Front-End Development • Long‑term ownership of digital or consumer‑facing products. • Experience defining front‑end features, improving customer experience, and collaborating across marketing, engineering, and design teams. Front-End Product Leadership with Designers & Tech Teams • Hands‑on collaboration with visual designers, UX/UI teams, and front‑end engineers. • Demonstrated involvement in interface decision‑making, prototyping, usability testing, and feature delivery. Strong Consumer Research & Insights Background • Ability to use behavioral analytics—such as discovery, conversion, funnel analysis, and customer satisfaction—to influence product strategy and prioritization. Top Required Skills • Extensive experience as a Product Manager working within marketing teams and front‑end development • Multiple years of front‑end product management with visual designers and engineering teams • Multiple years of marketing research/analysis experience on consumer‑facing products (discovery, conversion, customer satisfaction) • Experience in consumer technology • Retail or high‑traffic front‑end product experience • History of working closely with designers and front‑end engineers • Experience with consumer markets • Prior experience working in large‑scale, fast‑paced tech environments • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required Job Responsibilities • Partner with internal and external teams to research, design, develop, and launch new product solutions • Define strategy, write business requirements, and contribute technical input • Lead go‑to‑market planning for new features and initiatives • Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership • Manage product delivery while planning future enhancements • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams • Operate effectively in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment • Maintain strong attention to detail and full end‑to‑end ownership of product outcomes Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
