We're Hiring: Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative Location: Remote — Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, OH, SC, WI Company: TEKsystems (Contract with Pharmacord) Start Date: October 2025 Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (up to $21.00/hour based on experience) Contract Duration: 4 months About the Role TEKsystems is hiring empathetic, detail-oriented professionals for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative position supporting Pharmacord. This role plays a vital part in benefit investigations, patient outreach, and provider communications to ensure timely and accurate healthcare support. Key Responsibilities • Manage 25–50 inbound calls daily related to patient re-enrollment and benefit reverification • Conduct outbound calls to providers and payers to verify insurance coverage and collect missing intake information • Accurately document coverage details in a Summary of Benefits • Maintain up-to-date case notes in the Lynk system reflecting current status and actions taken • Communicate professionally and compassionately with both patients and healthcare providers Qualifications • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic insurance processes • Prior experience in patient services is highly preferred • Must have a reliable internet connection and be equipped for remote work Schedule • Training: First 2 weeks, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full training spans approximately 6–8 weeks) • Post-Training Hours: Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare support and committed to delivering exceptional service in a remote environment.
