Full Description

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside within 50 miles from Phoenix, AZ - will be required to pick up equipment in office) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–6:30 PM AZ - Must be available for any 8-hour shift within this window (40 hours/week). Job Overview: You will support Primary Care Physicians by verifying insurance benefits and scheduling patients with specialist doctors. This is a high-volume inbound call center role, handling back to back calls while adhering to performance metrics. Experience: 1+ year in a call center 2+ years in healthcare Skills: Medical terminology Insurance verification and benefits knowledge Referral processing and authorization experience is nice to have #prioritywest25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
