Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative Are you ready to make an impact in the world of shareholder communications? Our National Campaigns Unit is looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to support our Fall Proxy Season—a pivotal time when public companies engage shareholders in key decisions that shape their future. 💼 Position Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract through December 31st Start Date: September 26th Pay Rate: $20/hr. Hours • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST AND Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST • (30-minute unpaid lunch included) • Total Weekly Hours: 25.5 (without OT) You’ll Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Helping Shareholders • Understand how to vote online, by phone, or mail • Clarify ballot items • Request paper copies of proxy statements • Update or confirm their votes 💻 Equipment & Setup • Dell laptop provided by TEKsystems • You’ll need: • Your own USB headset • A second monitor • A non-PO Box address for equipment delivery • Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Ability to hard-wire into your internet if needed 💼 Why This Role Matters Each call you take helps companies move forward with critical decisions. You’ll be part of a team that ensures transparency, accuracy, and engagement in corporate governance. 🧠 What You Bring • Customer service excellence in a contact center (1+ year) • Outbound call experience (6+ months within the last 2 years) • Confidence in persuading customers to take action (no selling—just guiding!) • A clear, professional speaking voice and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to read scripts verbatim, multitask, and stay composed under pressure • Comfort with Microsoft Office, dual monitors, and fast-paced environments Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
