Description Over the frontline Insurance team - Life insurance, variables, long term care and disabilities Managing the below: Work a lot of case management and sales force Advisor will put cases in , Meeting SLAs and getting those answered timely Escalations that happen ( insurance companies difficult to work with) Insurance for investment its for a insurance services operations manager - Insurance experience including Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Variable Universal Life as well as some people management Death benefits to beneficiaries Advisor side - loading this info correctly (books and records) Skills insurance, Management, case management, Operations, Customer Service, Salesforce, Bachelor’s degree, Customer service oriented Top Skills Details insurance,Management,case management,Operations,Customer Service,Salesforce Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelors in Finance a plus Frontline Management Experience ( 2+ years) Flexibility/Adaptability Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
