Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Remote After Training) Are you a people-first professional with call center experience? Ready to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a mission-driven team that supports individuals with transportation and accessibility needs. Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice and heart of our service—helping individuals access essential transportation and disability-based programs. Your day will be a mix of: • Answering inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism • Scheduling non-emergency transportation and paratransit services • Verifying eligibility and documenting customer information • Supporting administrative tasks like data entry, ID processing, and reception duties • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality • Assisting with special projects and office coordination as needed Main Position Details: Start Date: 11/03 Pay: $16.00/hr Location: Onsite in Downtown Phoenix, AZ for 2 weeks of training, then fully remote Schedule: Must be open to be assigned an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm Qualifications: • 1+ year of call center experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask between calls and administrative duties • Comfort with data entry, faxing, and tracking documentation • A proactive, organized, and compassionate approach to helping others Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
