Full Description

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Process payments, handle billing and insurance claims. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations. Manage inventory of office supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures. Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Loma Linda, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
