We are hiring for a new customer service representative that will work fully onsite in Golden Valley! Description Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment Update customer information in internal system Provide high level or customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience High school diploma/GED Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
