Step into a role where youāll be the voice of a leading footwear distributorādelivering premium support and building lasting relationships with customers across phone, chat, email, and social media. ⨠What Youāll Do: ⢠Be the go-to expert for customers navigating orders, returns, warranties, and product questions ⢠Help shoppers find their perfect fitāguiding them through website navigation and product info ⢠Deliver top-tier service that turns first-time buyers into loyal fans š§ What You Bring: ⢠At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center) ⢠Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher ⢠Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and ability to hardwire ⢠1ā2 professional references from past managers or team leads š° Pay: $16.50/hour š Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week between 8amā7pm CT (MonāSun) š Start Date: October 10th (orientation + 3 weeks of paid training) - multiple start dates available in Oct too! š Location: 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston) š„ļø Equipment Provided š Contract Duration: Open-ended through peak season (expected through Jan 2026) #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
