Position Overview TEKsystems is seeking Care Coordinators to support a seasonal healthcare program focused on benefit eligibility verification for the upcoming year. This is a contract opportunity with a reputable healthcare support organization, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities Verify patient eligibility based on demographics, insurance, and financials Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams Provide empathetic, professional support to patients and providers Navigate insurance challenges and explain benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.) Maintain accurate documentation and follow program guidelines Escalate complex cases appropriately Participate in onsite training (Nov 3 – Dec 29), then transition to remote work Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
