Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES • Technical leader managing infrastructure operations, maintenance and performance across network systems. • Oversee daily network operations. • Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency. • Direct technical network operations and ensure all activities are aligned with organizational goals. • Manage resources effectively to support operational requirements. • Ensure continuity of operations, minimizing disruptions and maintaining service availability. • Monitor system readiness and ensure teams are prepared for any operational challenges. • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure optimal performance and minimize disruptions. • Monitor and track key metrics to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. • Lead teams in executing technical tasks and ensure objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Five (5) years of relevant experience. • Experience in Network Operations and technical oversight. • Proven team leadership and development skills. • Expertise in performance monitoring • Proficiency in resource planning, allocation and change management. • Strong problem resolution skills. • Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with DoD networks. • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight • Expertise in training development and delivery Overview We are seeking a Operational Engineering Lead to join our team supporting Base Infrastructure Management (BIM).
