TekStream is seeking Capture / Proposal Manger for our mid-sized GovCon client (remote with travel around DMV as needed). This will be a Contract-to-Hire opportunity focusing on USDA, VA, USMC, DON, Commerce, HHS, DOE, etc... Research, analyze, and assess business opportunities, consistent with company long-range and strategic goals. Evaluate opportunities through conducting financial feasibility studies, market research, and competitive analysis. Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts in the assigned market. Keep abreast of development plans of existing clients and challenges they face. Identify new opportunities and work with the technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company. Manage assigned pursuits, resources, schedules, and lead pursuit teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and assignments. Translate capture objectives into a schedule and series of activities to meet the required outcomes. Team development and management (subcontracting). Briefing leadership on strategy, capture status, teaming, milestone reviews, etc. Developing call plans, executing customer calls, and documenting interactions in call reports. Using information learned through research and client interactions to develop win strategies and solutions and effectively communicating these to the proposal operations team.
