In this role, you’ll lead the design and coordination of fire alarm systems for a variety of high-profile projects, from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal design teams, and building/fire officials to ensure every project meets the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and design fire alarm systems from initial concept to final construction. • Collaborate with design teams, clients, and local officials to ensure compliance and clarity. • Review technical drawings, perform system analyses, and prepare detailed documentation. • Support project managers with design coordination and submittal reviews. • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to company growth. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. • Travel occasionally within the U.S. and Canada for client and site coordination. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in fire alarm system design (consulting experience preferred). • NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems required or in progress. • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Motivated to grow into senior-level leadership roles.
