Title: Spanish Speaking QA Analyst – AWS & Salesforce Contact Center Location: Whippany, NJ/Wilmington PA Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong experience in Test Engineering and Defect Analysis. Knowledge of AWS Connect and Salesforce Contact Center platforms. Familiarity with Test Automation tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional digital transformation environments. Strong understanding of data analytics, risk controls, and business processes. Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whippany, NJ 07981
