Role Overview: As a Senior .NET Developer at Tek Spikes, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications that meet client needs and drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.8, C#, and .NET Core 3.1 or higher. - You will implement front-end features using technologies such as JQuery, JavaScript, and Telerik. - You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability. - You will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. - You will mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience with .NET Framework 4.8, C#, and .NET Core 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred). - Strong experience with front-end technologies including JQuery, JavaScript, and Telerik. - Proven ability to design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in government or public sector projects. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with database design and SQL Server.
