Role Name: Data Technical Lead Remote Cincinnati, OH (Remote – EST candidates required or nearby) W2 resources required Required Skills: • Proven experience leading data engineering or analytics teams • Experienced with the concept of Centralization and De-centralization of Information, establishing Medallion Pattern and Data Mesh Architecture • Strong proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies (Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop) • Expertise in designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) • Deep understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and database design (relational and NoSQL) • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
