CPSS Operations Specialist -CPSS certification is required This is a remote position open to candidates residing in North Carolina Job Summary The Peer Support Specialist conducts outbound outreach to members referred by a Behavioral Health Case Manager, providing coaching, resources, and recovery-focused support.
