Business Development Executive - Manufacturing and Distribution About the Opportunity Our client, a growing provider of facility and repair services, is seeking a highly connected Business Development Executive to drive growth within the manufacturing and distribution sectors. This is a remote position with a focus on clients across the Eastern United States. Key Responsibilities • Leverage an established network of contacts in manufacturing and distribution to identify and secure new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, plant managers, and distribution leaders. • Lead the process of developing proposals, bidding, and winning large-scale service contracts for warehouses and distribution centers. • Represent the company at industry associations, networking events, and trade shows to expand visibility and influence. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and long-term client satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven track record in business development, sales, or consulting specifically within manufacturing and/or distribution (required). • Strong, active network of industry contacts who can open doors and create opportunities. • Experience winning large contracts in facility services, building repair, or related sectors (preferred). • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, with occasional travel as needed.
