Project Coordinator – Data Migration Location: 100% Remote (Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) Duration: 6–7 Month Contract Compensation: $25-$27 per hour Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available) Role Overview We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a mid-level project within an EMR implementation plan, with a specific focus on Data Migration. You will be the "glue" that keeps the project moving, ensuring that timelines are met, documentation is airtight, and communication flows seamlessly between clinical, technical, and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2+ years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to high-level EHR project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Maintain project timelines, track milestones, and manage follow-up items to ensure project momentum. • Meeting Coordination: Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items—including proactive outreach to designated owners. • Documentation Management: Manage project documentation and ensure all action items, risks, issues, and dependencies are meticulously tracked. • Issue Escalation: Work closely with the Project Manager or Lane Leads to escalate concerns and issues as they arise. • Communication Liaison: Ensure smooth and effective communication across various project lanes, including technical and clinical departments. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations. • Organizational Prowess: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with Smartsheet, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office suite. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating meetings and ensuring the correct stakeholders are present. • EMR Knowledge: Prior experience with Athena EMR is highly preferred. • Availability: Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT. • On-site Support: While primarily remote, this role may require on-site support during Go-Live windows in June and August.
