Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle for direct hire positions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. • Source and attract candidates through various channels and platforms. • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills. • Utilize recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet targets. • Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs effectively. • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management. • Engage in networking activities to expand candidate pool and client base. • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations.
