COO/VP of Ops (title dep on exp) Specialty Practice in search of Healthcare Operations Executive: We are seeking a strong Operations Executive to join our already profitable practice and help elevate it to the next level. This role involves working closely with the Founder across four locations, requiring exceptional organization, familiarity with new technologies, and a robust network in the healthcare sector. Key qualifications include: • Proven experience in the healthcare field, particularly in outpatient surgical centers, primary care, neuro-specialty, pain, and multi-site facilities. • Direct reporting experience to the Physician-owner of multi-site specialty clinics. • Ability to thrive in an established business that operates with a start-up mentality, where innovation is crucial. • A talent for identifying areas of opportunity and leveraging past experiences to implement streamlined processes. • A passion for success and collaboration with driven, like-minded individuals who prioritize patient care and outcomes. • Strong intuition and an understanding of impactful communication. • Tech-savvy with leadership and mentoring capabilities, valuing loyalty.
