Full Description

Job Description: • Direct a team to serve and develop long-term relationships with clients • Manage resources and workload assignments • Mentor and develop team members • Review project financial metrics • Identify and follow up on leads • Ensure business processes are followed • Conduct creative and engineering reviews • Help bring work into the team Requirements: • Bachelors (business administration or construction management preferred) or equivalent experience • Minimum of ten years experience in discipline (telecom, security, audiovisual, acoustics, Wi-Fi, network) design for facilities construction projects • Minimum of ten years experience with project management software • Minimum of ten years in a consulting role • Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, G Suite, Asana • Project Management Professional (PMP) required • Other industry certifications (RCDD, CPP, CDT, CTS-D, PSP, etc.) are a plus Benefits: • medical insurance • dental insurance • vision insurance • life insurance • short-term disability coverage • long-term disability coverage • 401(k) plan with profit-sharing contributions • paid parental leave • lifestyle and legal benefits • pet benefits • performance-based bonuses • flexible time off • nine scheduled paid holidays
