2-3 years retail management or wholesale sales experience, proficiency with ERP, Excel, POS, inventory systems, valid US work authorization, and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities 1.Sales & Customer Management • Lead the team to meet and exceed the store's monthly Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) targets. • Develop, maintain, and deeply manage key customer segments, including key accounts, salons, and wholesale clients, to build long-term partnerships and drive repeat purchases. • Set an example by demonstrating and guiding the team in customer reception, professional product introduction, deal closing, and post-sales follow-up. • Analyze and summarize daily product purchasing trends, accurately capture and feedback customer needs to the headquarters to inform product and strategy optimization . 2.Store Operations Management • Be fully responsible for the standardized opening and closing procedures of the store, efficiently manage customer flow and merchandise flow to ensure smooth operations. • Supervise cash register operations, POS system usage, and account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial transactions • Oversee the entire lifecycle of inventory management, including merchandising, accurate shipping, regular stocktaking, and timely submission of replenishment requests to maintain a healthy inventory level. • Efficiently handle customer returns, exchanges, after-sales inquiries, and various abnormal orders to ensure customer satisfaction . • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area and manage inventory security to prevent loss and risks . 3.Team Management • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task assignment to ensure efficient human resource allocation. • Develop and implement employee training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and shipping procedures to enhance the team's professional capabilities . • Organize daily and weekly KPI review meetings to track team and individual performance, analyze issues, and develop improvement plans. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and cohesive team culture that inspires employee potential and drives the improvement of overall sales and service standards . 4.Content & Marketing (Light) • Capture high-quality product photos and short videos aligned with the brand tone for promotion on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. • Assist the headquarters in planning and executing various in-store promotional activities to ensure successful implementation and desired results . 5.Cross-team Communication • Act as a key liaison, maintaining close communication with relevant local U.S. teams and the China headquarters to efficiently coordinate core needs such as inventory, orders, and shipping. • Proactively respond to and assist in completing various ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the headquarters . Qualifications: • Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in a business environment. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or wholesale sales. Experience in the beauty, haircare, or beauty supplies industry is highly preferred . • Available to work Monday to Saturday, committing to 40 hours per week. • Proficient in computer operations, including the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and inventory management systems .
