Role Description This is a full-time on-line gobal roke for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee company operations, define strategic goals, and drive business growth while fostering innovation. They will guide the executive team, manage high-level client and stakeholder relationships, and monitor organizational performance. The role also involves spearheading business development initiatives, ensuring financial stability, and maintaining alignment with the company's mission and vision. The CEO will serve as the public face of the organization while steering its overall direction. Qualifications • Executive Leadership and Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to guide high-level decision-making • Business Development, Financial Management, and Operational Oversight expertise to ensure organizational success • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills for managing client relationships and public representation • Strong knowledge of the technology and recruitment sectors, including market trends and innovation • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred • Proven track record of leading complex organizations and achieving measurable growth
