Sr SAP Shipping & Transportation (GTM, TMS, SAP) Solution Architect • We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Shipping & Transportation Solution Architect to manage and lead the design and implementation of our SAP solutions. • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP configurations, business process analysis and modeling, and technical solutions development. • The SAP Solution Architect will play a critical role in defining the future state of the shipping and transportation processes, implementing innovative solutions, and providing subject matter expertise to our business teams. Responsibilities • Provide solution oversight and work as liaison with the client s internal IT team in Tiawan. • Facilitate project activities throughout the requirement, design, build, test cycles and deployment. • Work with the client s IT team development team by leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives. • Conduct business process analysis and modeling, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Facilitate and document actions and monitor development activities. • Work with the client s internal IT team to configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements. • Coordinate with other solution architects and stakeholders to integrate solutions with other SAP modules and 3rd party systems TMS & GTM. • Oversee testing cycle by developing and executing test plans to ensure the successful deployment of SAP solutions. • Provide expert guidance and support to end users, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices and trends, applying this knowledge to solution development. • Document all SAP configurations, developments, and procedures for future reference and troubleshooting Qualifications • Proven 10+ year experience as an SAP Solution Architect or similar role. • Experience in project leadership of software implementations. • Deep knowledge of SAP module configurations and customizations. • Experience in shipping and transportation business processes. • Strong understanding of SAP integration points and data flow. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. SAP, TMS certification is preferred. Experience with products like CargoBase, E2Open is highly desirable. Ability to speak Chinese a plus. Additional Information • Work Environment: US based will travel to Nashville TN when needed
