Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior / Lead (8+ Years) Location: Remote About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Senior or Lead Multi-Cloud DevOps Engineers with strong expertise in AWS or Azure, with proficiency in both platforms preferred. The role involves architecting, automating, and operating secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments, covering multi-cloud infrastructure engineering, CI/CD leadership, Kubernetes operations, automation, observability, and cloud security. Key Responsibilities Multi-Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure • Design and optimize cloud architectures across AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC) and Azure (VMs, AKS, App Services, Storage, VNets). • Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (primary), Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation. • Deploy and manage cloud-native, highly available microservices environments. CI/CD, Automation & Release Engineering • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc. • Automate deployment workflows, rollbacks, and multi-cloud release strategies. • Implement GitOps for consistent environment and infrastructure automation. Containers & Kubernetes • Manage Kubernetes clusters on AKS and EKS, including scaling, networking, and cluster security. • Build and manage Docker images, registries (ECR/ACR), and multi-cloud workload placement. Observability & Reliability • Implement monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic, or DataDog. • Standardize alerts, dashboards, and distributed tracing across clouds. • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Security & Compliance • Implement IAM, RBAC, KMS, KeyVault, VPC/VNet security, WAF, GuardDuty/Defender for Cloud. • Manage secrets, policies, governance, and automated compliance checks. • Integrate security scanning in build and deployment pipelines. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles. • Strong hands-on experience in both AWS and Azure. • Advanced Kubernetes experience (AKS + EKS). • Strong Terraform experience (mandatory). • CI/CD pipeline engineering expertise. • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Groovy). • Cloud networking and microservices experience. • Experience with observability platforms and DevSecOps practices. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications • AWS and/or Azure Cloud Certifications. • Experience in SaaS, modernization, or large-scale transformation programs. • GitOps tools (ArgoCD/FluxCD) and service mesh experience (Istio/Linkerd). Pay: From $55.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35 per week Work Location: Remote
