J ob Details: Must Have Skills • Axway B2Bi • SI • SAP Nice to have skills • EDI • SI Detailed Job Description • We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Axway B2Bi Architect with expertise in migrating trading partner configurations and setting up secure connectivity for applications in an Axway B2Bi environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of configuring trading partner connectivity, including AS2, HTTPS, SOAP, and SFTP protocols. You will play a critical role in the migration of trading partner integrations from Sterling Integrator (on-prem) to Axway B2Bi (Azure), focusing on ensuring seamless communication between legacy applications and trading partners. The role requires a strong technical background in working with B2B integration platforms, especially in the context of setting up communities and managing partner configurations. Key Responsibilities: • Migration & Connectivity Setup: Lead the migration effort from Sterling Integrator to Axway B2Bi, ensuring smooth transition and connectivity between trading partners and internal systems. • Trading Partner Configuration: Set up and configure trading partners in Axway B2Bi, ensuring correct connectivity and communication protocols (AS2, HTTPS, SOAP, SFTP, etc.) are in place. • Community Management: Group trading partners into communities within Axway, manage community-related settings, and ensure seamless communication across trading partners. • Protocol & Security Configuration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot transport protocols (AS2, HTTPS, SOAP, SFTP) for trading partners to ensure secure and efficient data transmission. • Legacy Application Integration: Integrate Axway B2Bi with custom legacy applications, ensuring that application deliveries are handled efficiently and securely. • Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliable communication channels between trading partners and internal systems. • Documentation & Best Practices: Document integration setups, migration steps, and create best practice guides for managing trading partner connectivity. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business analysts, application owners, and external trading partners to gather requirements and ensure the solution meets business and technical needs. • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for trading partner integrations, handle troubleshooting, and manage changes to partner configurations as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: • Minimum of [10] years of hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi and Sterling Integrator, specifically in trading partner migrations and connectivity setup. • B2B Integration: Strong expertise in setting up and managing B2B integrations, particularly with trading partners, using Axway B2Bi. • Protocols: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with communication protocols such as AS2, HTTPS, SOAP, and SFTP. • Trading Partner Management: Expert in configuring trading partners, creating communities, and managing partner connectivity in Axway B2Bi. • Legacy Systems: Experience integrating Axway B2Bi with legacy applications, managing custom application deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between systems. • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance in a B2B integration environment. • Project Management: Ability to manage and lead migration projects, ensuring timelines are met and goals are achieved. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications: Relevant Axway B2Bi certifications for Axway B2Bi Architect, Integration Specialist). • Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud-based integrations (Azure)is a plus. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation and configuration tasks.
