Position Summary Join the ALDWP team supporting Los Alamos National Laboratory by coordinating and streamlining onboarding efforts for 3–4 new hires per week. This 3-month, remote contract role focuses on facilitating smooth transitions for staff through various stages of interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Speed, communication, and precision are key in this fast-paced environment. This is a 3-month, remote contract role that requires U.S. citizenship and an ability to pass a federal drug test and background check. Key Duties • Coordinate candidate status across interview, clearance, and onboarding pipelines • Track onboarding progress and flag delays or gaps • Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and security teams • Maintain and update onboarding trackers and documentation • Support process improvements and ensure readiness of onboarding materials • Provide weekly updates to leadership on onboarding metrics Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience working with various stages of interviewing, backgroundchecks, and onboarding • Familiarity with onboarding workflows, interviewing candidates, and managing schedules • Proficiency with workflow tracking, digital communications, and working on a remote team • U.S. Citizenship required (no clearance needed) Nice-to-Haves • Bachelors' degree, or higher education • Experience working with DOE or DOD security clearances • Prior work in high-volume onboarding environments Equal Employment Opportunity: At TechSource, we recognize that our differences drive innovation, growth, and better results for our customers.
