We are seeking a Enterprise Account Manager / Client Partner – Enterprise Accounts to drive growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role is focused on expanding dormant and underpenetrated accounts into high-value partnerships by combining strong account management expertise with the ability to deliver AI and modernization thought leadership at the executive level. This is not a traditional farming position — we are looking for a strategic partner who can hunt within existing accounts while positioning us as a trusted advisor in AI, application modernization, and digital transformation. Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager / Client Partner – Enterprise Accounts Location: Remote Work Employment: Fulltime Key Responsibilities • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring sustained revenue expansion across multiple business units. • Identify and map senior stakeholders (CIO, CFO, business unit leaders) to drive influence and adoption across divisions. • Convert POCs/pilot wins into long-term, multi-year contracts by building trust and demonstrating ROI. • Use creative engagement strategies (e.g., cross-department workshops, lunch & learns) to uncover white space and cross-sell/upsell services. • Partner with cloud providers and ecosystem players (Google, AWS, Microsoft, NVIDIA, ServiceNow, etc.) to co-sell and co-deliver solutions. • Drive adoption of GenAI, data, automation, and cloud transformation services across industries like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Public Sector. • Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization. • Manage complex deal cycles (10+ months) including RFP/SOW strategy, solution positioning, and executive orchestration. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years in account management / enterprise sales with a proven record of horizontal account expansion. • Demonstrated success growing $5M+ annual quotas with 100%+ attainment. • Strong experience expanding single-department wins into multi-division deals ($1M+ growth examples strongly preferred). • Deep familiarity with cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), AI/GenAI, and data/automation solutions. • Proven ability to build trust with C-level and senior executives across multiple industries. • Experience managing complex RFP/SOW-driven sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Strong partner engagement with hyperscalers and ISVs. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive storytelling skills. • If you believe you are qualified and are looking forward to setting your career on a fast-track, apply by submitting a few paragraphs explaining why you believe you are the right person for this role.
