Role: Lead Java Architect (Hands-On) Location: Remote Type: Full-time/permanent Overview: Hiring a hands-on Lead Architect who designs solutions and codes daily across a cloud-native platform on Java 21, Spring Boot 3, React, Node.js, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. Lead architecture and delivery while staying deeply technical. Must-Have Skills: Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x (REST APIs, Spring Security/Data, microservices) React (TypeScript/JavaScript) Node.js + Socket.IO / WebSockets (real-time systems) SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning) Azure (hands-on): App Service, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Blob, Key Vault, APIM, App Insights, Azure Monitor Strong testing mindset (JUnit 5, Mockito) Nice-to-Have: .NET 8/10, Redis, Cosmos DB / MongoDB Azure AI / OpenAI / Search exposure Profile: 10+ years experience, hands-on coder (non-negotiable) Proven tech leadership with PR reviews, mentoring, PoCs production Strong focus on security, reliability, observability, performance
