Job Title: Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Must Have: 5–10 years of direct Brownfield redevelopment experience, including Phase I and Phase II site assessments and remediation. At least 5 years of project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, CERCLA, state Brownfield programs). Stable work history with demonstrated client relationship management and project delivery success. Nice to Have: Experience advising clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives. Business development and proposal-writing experience. Proven mentoring skills for junior staff. Familiarity with financial management—budgets, cost tracking, and collections.
