Endpoint Lead Remote( Need locals from DMV Area) Long Term Experience: 8+ years (Endpoint Management / EUC / Device Management) Certifications: Intune, MCSE, ITIL Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Endpoint Lead to manage enterprise-wide endpoint operations, drive Intune-based device management, and ensure secure, compliant, and reliable end-user computing services. The ideal candidate will lead endpoint teams, optimize device lifecycle processes, and ensure high service quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily endpoint operations including device provisioning, configuration, patching, and compliance • Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM/MAM policies for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices • Oversee OS deployments, software distribution, and endpoint security configurations • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Lead endpoint engineers and act as technical escalation point for complex issues • Maintain endpoint standards, baselines, SOPs, and operational documentation • Optimize endpoint performance, reliability, and user experience • Support vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, and security hardening • Provide reports, dashboards, and improvement recommendations to leadership Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Intune, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and Group Policies • Solid understanding of Windows OS, macOS, mobile platforms, and endpoint security • Experience with SCCM/MECM (preferred), software packaging, and patch management • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
