In this role you will be a HR Director for a client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role is responsible for to provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions across the organization. This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site. Job Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in HR or Business a requirement • 7+ years of experience as a HR Director • Must have a background in strategic leadership • Must have a background in Manufacturing or Distribution • Strong background in compensation design, performance management, compliance, and change management • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) • Must have a background with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting • Background in Change Management and Corporate Communications • Payroll, Benefits, Systems & Administration background • Compliance, Risk and Reporting background- must be able to do compliance reporting including: EEO-1, CA Pay Data, wage reporting, 401K audit support, OSHA, DOL, and EEOC requirements • Talent, Performance, and Development experience • Compensation, incentives and workforce planning experience • Background with Strategic Leadership and Governance • Limited travel but about 20-25% a year #VIS
